- Chapter 3 - Don’t Look for the Villain who Left Chapter 3
Seishia had no choice but to feel uncomfortable with the aristocracy. Because she knows what the name ‘Seishia’ meant to the aristocrats of this empire.
The promiscuous young Lady of the Redyne family.
Maybe she ran away from the mansion because she didn’t like that stigma.
But now she didn’t want to be disgraced when meeting aristocrats again.
She didn’t want to get those scornful looks or hear those whispers again.
“…”
The man saw her lips being pressed together as if she was not going to back down until she heard an answer. He also saw her eyes slightly shake.
He nodded slightly, and opened his closed mouth.
“Yes, I am. My name is Dian.”
Just like she thought, he was an aristocrat. Seishia’s eyes shook slightly again.
By the way, was there an aristocrat named Dian in this country? Among the nobles near this part of the country…
While she was wondering, Dian said while looking into her eyes.
“However, I’m not a noble of this country.”
She opened her eyes wide. Then an aristocrat from another country?
“By the way, you owe me one.”
Dian looked around the room with his eyes wide open. Then he gave a wry smile.
“It wasn’t an easy wound, what kind of medicine did you use?”
He seemed to have no recollection of lying down.
His eyes, which slowly inspected the room, stopped when he looked at Seishia.
“That’s a secret.”
Fortunately, it looks like he doesn’t remember when she treated him. She replied with a sigh of relief.
Her healing power took too much strength to use.
She was young when she accidentally discovered her power, that’s why she never told anyone in the Redyne Mansion about it.
They would try to squeeze out her healing powers, whether she was having a hard time or not.
It was a wise decision to not tell anyone. They still didn’t know that she had healing powers.
Fortunately, this man didn’t know either.
Furthermore, if he was an aristocrat from another country, he probably didn’t know the rumor about the ‘promiscuous young Lady’. Her face unknowingly relaxed slightly.
“If it’s a secret, it’s no big deal. I don’t dare to question my lifesaver.”
Dian raised his hands and stepped back slightly. It meant that he was giving up.
“By the way, did you get the wound from a monster?”
Seishia asked.
Dian’s wounds were definitely fatal.
In addition, if a noble man who appeared to have trained with a sword for a long time was wounded, it was highly likely that the monsters had attacked in groups or were very strong.
“That’s not the case.”
Dian shook his head.
“Then…?”
‘If it wasn’t a monster, then who hurt you?’
Dian smiled briefly at her question.
“You don’t have to worry. That’s…”
He opened his eyes and whispered softly.
“…just me, getting attacked.”
“…?”
Seishia tilted her head.
‘Did he get attacked by assassins?’
If he wasn’t chased, there would be no reason for a foreign aristocrat to come all the way to the countryside.
“I will try not to cause you any harm.”
Dian bowed and laughed. With only these vague words, he left through the door.
– Thud.
Seishia turned around when she saw the closed door. On the bed, she saw a pouch she had never seen before.
‘What’s this?’
When Seishia opened the pouch, her mouth opened slightly. The pouch was full of gold coins.
She looked alternately between the silver coins left by the farmer yesterday and the pouch.
This pouch seems to be the payment for his treatment. She looked back at the door where the man left.

A few days later, the two met again on the day Seishia visited the village for a house call.
The house call was one of the conditions the mayor, who had given her the warehouse, asked her to fulfil in order for her to continue living in this village.
“Don’t let water get into the wound for a few days.”
“Okay, I am relieved that you came down. Will you be back in a few days?”
A villager stood up and asked. Seishia answered.
“In a week.”
I don’t think I’ll be in this town until then, Since I got enough money to leave this village.
But the villager, who couldn’t tell what she was thinking, grumbled.
“Come in three days. We aren’t far away anyways.”
“Me too, Unnie!”
(tl: 언니 Unnie/Eonnie is a term used by a younger female to an older female, it can also mean older sister but not in this case)
Meanwhile a girl came while crossing the street.
The child pushed the man aside and showed her knee.
“I fell down earlier!”
“Ohh, that must have hurt.”
Unlike with adults, Seishia smiled when dealing with children.
She wiped the child’s knee with a clean disinfectant soaked cloth.
“It must hurt a lot. Right?”
“Yes…”
“It’s okay to cry, when it hurts.”
Seishia cleaned and bandaged the child’s knee.
– Tu-tuk, tak.
(tl: The bandage fell down and is rolling on the floor)
“Ahh.”
The bandage I was using was lying on the floor.
“The bandage…”
She looked at the bandage that lay a little bit far away. One of her hands held the child’s leg wrapped in bandages.
Can I reach it from here?
Then suddenly, a man’s hand picked up the bandage. A hand wrapped in a clean handkerchief handed her the bandage.
“Oh, thank you.”
But, where did she see that hand before?
When Seishia looked up to check the face, her eyes met with Dian. Dian grinned.
“We meet again”
“…I thought you left.”
Seishia looked at him with her eyes wide open.
Why are you still here?
If he were a normal nobleman, he couldn’t have been here to idle around. Furthermore, he was attacked and wounded.
Seishia gazed at his abdomen and touched it slightly. Dian grinned.
“I wanted to stay a little longer.”
What’s there to see in this rural village?
Seishia looked up at him in wonder.
“…”
Their eyes met.
Dian quietly looked at her crimson eyes.
She kept her curious eyes wide open to see what was going on.
She shook her head slightly when the silver hair fluttered in the gentle wind. Followed by the blinking, crimson eyes.
‘It’s like seeing a bunny.’ Dian thought.
A soft, white furred bunny.
A small bunny, which fits in one hand, that looks like it will run away somewhere. And is eating grass with a small mouth while not knowing what was going on around it.
He looked at the village man who was leaving, and then glanced at her. And smiled cheerfully.
A pretty face looked at her.
“I can’t?”
Dian’s gentle voice sounded around.
Seishia paused. For some reason, his smiling face seemed to shine.
The corners of his mouth that go up while drawing soft lines, and the corners of his eyes that smile and fold. It’s a smile that pleases the beholder.
“You can, but…there’s nothing to see around here.”
Seihisa said in a quiet voice. Even a doctor would be bored.
Dian nodded slightly at her words.
“When you look at it every day, anything can seem boring.”
While looking at Seishia, he turned his eyes and handed her what she was looking for.
It was a haemostatic herb. She wondered how he knew what she needed.
“Did you study herbal medicine before?”
Seishia asked indirectly while treating the child’s other wounds. Dian tilted his head slightly.
“I did study similar things.”
Something similar? It was a vague answer.
“Oh, my baby. You were here.”
Suddenly a man appeared who seemed to be the father of the child. The man clapped his hands as soon as he saw Seishia.
“Oh, Shar! I was looking for you.”
The man snuck his child into his arms from Seishia. As if the child had never been treated.
Anyone could tell that it was a trick he used, to not pay for the treatment.
Dian’s eyes slowly went up from Seishia to the man.
“What are you doing?”
When Seishia asked, the man coughed.
“I went to the castle and heard an interesting story.”
The man glanced at Seishia and looked at her reaction.
“Well, I heard a story about a girl who looked like Shar.”
